
Christopher has a particular interest in landlord and tenant matters, with a focus on agricultural holdings legislation. He also brings a strong practical understanding of forestry and land management, developed through both his academic work and hands-on experience in woodland creation, forestry operations, and timber processing.
Prior to joining the firm, Christopher worked with Strutt & Parker in Inverness, where he was involved in the management of large rural estates. His role included overseeing landlord and tenant relationships, advising on long-term estate strategy, and delivering a range of rural property and infrastructure projects.
Christopher is currently working towards his CAAV qualification and is aiming to become a RICS APC Assessor, reflecting his commitment to professional development and supporting the next generation of surveyors.
