FEASIBILITY
Our team can look at the capacity or development potential of a site, access, the placement of structures, parking, drainage and how the development would sit in the landscape or townscape. We produce initial design concepts, whether for development, planning or consultation and can call upon a wide variety of external consultants to assist with aspects of design and site assessment.
FBR Seed provides advice on making submissions to the planning department. Our team can also advise on the implications of the building standards on development.
With existing structures, we can arrange surveys and assess the options for conversion, subdivision, or reuse. Structural surveys can be obtained, and they can offer guidance on the scope of repair work required. Advice can be given on various options to achieve the full potential of a site or building, including necessary specialist reports that may be required to inform decisions on the project.
Our team can provide information to a Quantity Surveyor to produce budget costs and discuss programme and procurement.
