Sarah joined FBR Ltd in 2015 having worked in the region as a rural surveyor for over 8 years. She has considerable experience of valuation, sales, acquisition, leasing and development of a wide range of properties including farms, land and development sites across Scotland and North East England. She has considerable knowledge of the planning process, estate management and negotiating with utility companies over developments and rights of access. Being based in Angus, Sarah now gives the company a presence in the North East of Scotland.

She holds a first-class honours degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management from Harper Adams, is a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a Registered Valuer and an elected RICS APC mentor. Sarah is an agent for the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation and will be working to strengthen this service in the north of Scotland.

Following her promotion to Director in February 2023, Sarah heads up the northern division from her base in Anugs and will focus mainly on property, land and farm sales.
