Expansion up the East Coast

Like the majority of businesses across the UK, our team have been mainly working from home since the Coronavirus pandemic began last spring. After a short time adjusting to our new working environment, we have all found many benefits to home working. A recent staff survey showed us that everyone is enjoying a mixture of the two and a hybrid of office and home working will be here to stay!

Delivering high-quality service is always our main priority at fbrseed and we have found that having staff located across a larger geographical area throughout lockdown has also been beneficial to many clients. It has resulted in more senior surveyors being available to our ever-growing client base located throughout the Scottish Borders, East of Scotland and Northern England.

As the move has been so positive, we have chosen to keep three permanent satellite offices located in Edinburgh, Brechin and Duns. This will allow us to easily meet our clients located throughout the East coast once it is safe to do so. Our headquarters will remain in Kelso where work is ongoing to open a new main office in the next few months.

Our team can help with all services from our satellite offices, such as AMC loans, valuations, estate management, property management, planning and development, grant and subsidy schemes, accountancy and more.
